In the UK we offer FREE 48 hour tracked delivery service with Royal Mail on all orders over £50.01 (orders must be placed before 2pm). All other orders below £50.00 are charged at £5.95 48hr tacked service

We offer an delivery service to most of Europe and Ireland with orders being delivered in 4 - 10 days after dispatch. The service is operated through Parcel Force and will require a signature on delivery of goods. The price is determined by which zone you are in and varies from country to country.
We also deliver to the USA and Canada and many other parts of the world via our partner delivery service Parcel Force and DHL.
If you require delivery to a location not listed above we can do this. Please email email@example.com and we will provide instructions as to how we can deliver to other parts of the world.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including food items and anything that could or has been worn in an unsanitary manner.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be an email we have sent you or order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), most notably when there are signs of use. Also any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

To return your item(s):
Put your unused, labelled item for return back in it's original packaging
Complete a Returns Form and include this with the item(s) you are returning in a parcel.

We accept refunds and exchanges only on unused items unless damaged or faulty.
* Note: when trying on items of clothing or shoes, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. The item(s) must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
It can take upto 7 days for your return to reach us. But if you wish for a quicker turnaround you can place a new order and we will refund the return on receipt of your original order Once the returned item has been received and inspected we will refund or exchange items

Once your returned item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment please allow 10 days for refunds to be processed.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning items over £50.00 Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you have an item that is still under warranty, please contact us direct for advice as we may be able to resolve the issue over the telephone. we cannot refund postage costs on warranty items so please note this when making any warranty claims. Some items will have to be returned to the supplier for further inspection. It is at the suppliers discretion to repair or replace the item and during busy periods this can take 7-10 days we will endeavour to complete enquiries and claims as quickly as we can. We will keep you informed on progress with any warranty claims you may have.
